Elgin equalise and then lose game in 60 seconds
Elgin’s League 2 campaign got off to a losing start at Galabank.
It was a game of two halves, with City dominant in the opening 45 minutes and they led 1-0 at the break thanks to a 6th minute goal by Dylan Gavin.
However, Annan levelled in the 69th minute and went 2-1 up in the 89th minute before a remarkable finish saw Elgin level through an own goal in 90+3 but concede a third goal inside a minute to hand Annan the points.
